Family owned since 2007

A shop that is also the workshop.

We have been doing this from the same building since 2007.

Suzie's Blinds is family owned and has served the Heber Springs community since 2007. The address is 3203 Hwy 16, Pangburn, AR, and that building is both the shop you walk into and the bench the blinds are built on. Behind the business name sits more than thirty years of trade experience, which predates the sign on the door.

What that arrangement buys a customer is fairly specific. Because the treatments are made to order on the premises rather than ordered in and trimmed, the awkward openings stop being a problem to be worked around. An arch, an eyebrow, a bay, an older house where the window is a quarter inch out of square at the head: those are ordinary jobs here rather than special orders that take a month to come back wrong.

The work covers measuring, color matching, delivery, installation and warranty work. We are a Norman Shutter dealer and we carry Graber, Timber Blind and Shutter, Kirsch, Somfy, Vista and Alta, which means the recommendation for your room can be made on what actually suits it. Everything we supply carries a limited lifetime warranty, and we handle the warranty claims ourselves rather than handing you a manufacturer's phone number. Licensed and insured.

Why the reviews keep saying "Lynn".

Lynn Bufford runs the business, and across ninety ratings the reviews average 5.0. Read a few of them and a pattern shows up: people name Lynn rather than the company. One customer wrote that the service was "outstanding, above and beyond the basic install". Another said Lynn was "so helpful with everything". A third mentioned quotes given up front and ten windows measured, built and installed in under two hours.

That is not really a comment about charm. It is what happens when the person who quotes the job is the person who turns up to fit it, and it is the practical difference between a small shop in Pangburn and a national chain routing you through a call center.

Come and describe a window.

Estimates are free, delivery is available, and the honest answer about which treatment suits a room is usually a two minute conversation.
